Scope and Objectives
The Kaizen Company is searching for a Project Lead for the anticipated USAID/Ethiopia Organizational Development Activity. The new organizational development activity will leverage new and innovative, research-based and evidence-based approaches to OD that (1) renew a common and omnipresent organizational ethos that effectively guides individual and team behaviors to support broad-based Mission goals and objectives; (2) facilitate the planning, implementation, and institutionalization of appropriate Mission technology, systems and structures in relation to Mission challenges and context and (3) improve the identified hard and soft skills that enhance the Mission’s ability to achieve its goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
The Chief of Party will require experience in leading an organization in both management and technical fields, with a proven track record of programmatic accomplishment, professional achievement, management competence, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have led interventions and strategies to enhance organizational health from within the US Government, private sector, and other organizations.
