The Kaizen Company is searching for a Chief of Party (COP) for the anticipated South Sudan Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Activity. The South Sudan MEL Activity will provide USAID/South Sudan with flexible, demand-driven, technical services to augment the Mission’s ability to achieve strong performance management of its portfolio through effective monitoring and evaluation. MELS will also serve as a tool to provide the Mission’s Geographic Information System (GIS) and mapping capability to inform decision-making; enhance collaborative learning and adaptation across the Mission; and provide general support for Mission planning, third party monitoring, evaluation, reporting, research, assessments, and special studies.
The Chief of Party (COP) will provide management oversight of the activity and act as the primary point of contact with USAID South Sudan with regard to day-to-day implementation and management matters relating to the contract. The COP must also have overall responsibility for assuring that all assistance provided under the contract is technically sound and appropriate for the needs to be addressed. The COP is also responsible for facilitating communication and close coordination with all stakeholders of the activity. This position will be based in South Sudan.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
