Kaizen will provide support human and institutional capacity development (HICD) activities for the USAID-funded Papua New Guinea Electrification Partnership (PEP) Activity to strengthen the capacity of government agencies involved in the energy sector.
The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist will lead HICD activities designed to increase operational efficiency and financial viability and build capacity to bolster the independence and expertise of energy regulators. The OD Specialist will also lead the review of HICD programs for further development for select government agencies and ensures compliance with USAID HICD Handbook guidelines.
