The Kaizen Company is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to support the two-year USAID/DCHA/CMM Knowledge Management and Learning Activity. As a part of the Learning and Development IDIQ, this Activity aims to improve the knowledge management of the Office of Conflict Management and Mitigation (CMM) at USAID. This position will provide support to knowledge curation, communications, and events planning related to the activity.
The Knowledge Management Specialist will have demonstrated experience in collecting and organizing knowledge from a variety of sources. She/he will be responsible for crafting short content for social media and will be responsible for making sure the CMM community is aware of the resources they can access. She/he will also be responsible for organizing and executing knowledge dissemination events. The Knowledge Management Specialist will be based in Kaizen’s office in Washington, DC.
