Call for CVs: Strengthening Governance and Civic Engagement in Ethiopia

Since our inception, we have provided support to more than 100 government, private-sector, and non-profit organizations in markets worldwide. We have created solutions that achieve outcomes across a broad range of sectors including education, governance, economic growth, environment and water, energy, and global law enforcement.


The Kaizen Company seeks personnel to lead a proposed governance and civic engagement program in Ethiopia with the US Agency for International Development (USAID). 

This is an upcoming opportunity with USAID, so we are looking to gain more information on candidates before the request for the proposal's release. Upon its release, Kaizen and its team will have an opportunity to submit a proposal, offering expertise from our main service lines, including entrepreneurship and organizational development. 

We are looking for CVs with the following experience in Ethiopia:

  • Team Leader
  • Local Governance Strengthening 
  • NGO/CSO Strengthening
  • Media, Communications, Public Relations
  • Finance and Administration for USAID Activities
  • Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning

This call is for Ethiopian, U.S., and International applicants.
