Scope and Objectives
The Kaizen Company is searching for a Chief of Party (COP) for the anticipated USAID/Ethiopia Resilience Platform for Adaptive Management (R-PAL). Through R-PAL, USAID/Ethiopia seeks to strategically use its convening power to support the USAID/Ethiopia Transitioning into Graduation through Enhanced Resilience (TIGER) Project to be more efficient, effective, transparent and skilled in achieving development outcomes. This objective will be achieved through the use of evidence, adaptive management techniques, collaborating, learning, and adapting (CLA) practices that enable increased resilience for the chronically vulnerable in the highlands.
