Call for CVs: Peacebuilding Experts and Advisors

We aspire to transform the nature and impact of development assistance and work to strengthen organizations and institutions through innovative approaches to organizational development, reform, and change.

Kaizen is currently building a roster of peacebuilding experts and advisors to support future anticipated consulting work with USAID, including within the USAID Bureau for Conflict Prevention and Stabilization. This includes the forthcoming Programming for Peacebuilding and Prevention (P4P2) IDIQ. Kaizen is searching for consultants with expertise in one or more of the following technical areas:

  • Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding
  • Citizen Security and Crime and Violence Prevention
  • Data Analysis
  • Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PVE and CVE)
  • Stabilization
  • Women, Peace and Security (WPS)
  • Youth, Peace and Security (YPS)
  • Justice, Rights and Security
  • Atrocity Prevention (AP)
  • Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Security
  • Natural Resource Crime
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Collaborating, Learning and Adapting

Future work for consultants on forthcoming projects may include studies, research, program design, program evaluation, and technical implementation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced training and education in area of technical expertise
  • Experience supporting peacebuilding initiatives
  • Field-based international experience
