The Kaizen Company is seeking applications for the full-time position of Education Data Analyst for the five-year USAID-funded Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan (PRESTIJ).
The PRESTIJ project seeks to increase the preparedness of future Grade 4-10 teachers by improving the system of pre-service teacher education. The project will expand and improve the pre-service teacher education programming offered by Jordanian universities, centered primarily around the implementation of the adapted Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA) pre-service teacher education modules. By supporting a total of four geographically diverse universities and relevant Government of Jordan (GoJ) entities to implement the high-quality QRTA model or an alternative model, and by providing responsive technical assistance to the GoJ to advance essential pre-service teacher education reforms more broadly, the five-year PRESTIJ contract will achieve its mission to increase the number of quality teachers in Jordan.
The Education Data Analyst will be responsible for the collection and analysis of data from a variety of sources including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, universities across Jordan, and other relevant entities.
Work location: Amman, Jordan with potential for travel within Jordan
