Kaizen is seeking applications for a part-time consultant in the role of Faith-Based Partnership Advisor on the three-year USAID-funded New Partnerships Initiative Incubator (PINC) Project based in Washington, DC.


About the Partnerships Incubator

The PINC Project seeks to build the capacity of USAID Missions and Operating Units to work with new and underutilized partners, including local businesses, faith-based organizations (FBOs), and academic institutions and to build the capacity of these target partners to work with USAID. 



The Faith-Based Partnership Advisor is a part-time consulting position for the Partnerships Incubator and will be responsible for supporting USAID Missions and Operating Units on leveraging the potential of new partnerships with faith-based organizations.


Work location: Washington D.C. or virtually 



  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum) and 8 years of relevant experience; Masters and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in new partnership development, especially with FBOs
  • Experience engaging and building the capacity of FBOs
  • Experience providing innovative solutions on large, complex projects, preferably with USAID
  • Evidence of generating excellent outputs and deliverables
  • Change management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills
  • Previous international experience and USAID networks preferred
